"Having recently become more interested in learning more about the benefits of energy work, I reached out to a local practitioner who, in turn, referred me to Christian.  I was able to meet Christian at a local event and that began my journey and I truly couldn’t be more pleased.  My first ever reiki experience was a one hour session.  While initially not knowing what to expect, Christian very quickly eased me through the process, allowing me to choose how I wanted several aspects of the session to proceed.  I am very curious about energy work so I chose to do a full hands on experience.  Christian has created a very calming environment for his practice so I was able to relax and allow Christian to do his magic.  After the hour was up I felt completely relaxed, as one might experience after a good workout or perhaps a quality massage.  I will definitely be back for more.  

In addition, I also experienced my first yoga class with Christian as the instructor.  Being slightly hesitant due to thoughts of not being limber enough to participate, Christian informed me that most of the poses could be done seated and that the class would be focused on getting kundalini energy flowing and breath work.  Once again, the session exceeded my expectations as I was able to complete the entire hour long class and participate throughout.  I left feeling a sense of pride in the accomplishment and Christian kept true to his word that the class could be done by a first time, absolute beginner!  As an added bonus, a couple hours after the class, I again felt an overwhelming sense of calm and relaxation.  I highly recommend Christian and will for sure continue on with him."

"It was very relaxing. After my first session, I was a little skeptical, but then I found myself doing the suggestions that he said to me, not realizing that I was doing them, like making tea instead of eating junk food, and it continued like that, and I was sleeping better. I had the internal battle for a little while in my head, you know the willpower, but after the second session, I didn’t even think about it, I wasn’t even tempted by junk food anymore. "I have always believed in mediums and that there is another dimension to our world. With that being said I think some people have stronger abilities then others. I must say that Chris is one of those people. I lost my mom a year ago and when I met with Chris he only asked that I provide an item of my loved ones or a picture so I did. I did not know Chris well at all at this point. Initially I was skeptical, he gave a reading and there were some things that stood out as true and some things that seemed off. It wasn’t until I was talking to my dad on the phone days later when I realized that most of what Chris was telling me was true! Little did I know, and if I didn’t know how in the world did he know? For instance, he kept getting images of ducks. [ A little background; I had said aloud to my mom weeks prior that I wanted to know more about her, things that I didn’t no or that I had forgotten, I had actually been writing down every little thing I could remember]. When he was getting these images of ducks I couldn’t relate, thinking “what a quack” pun intended. When talking to my dad, it all came flooding back, my mom loved ducks! When my parents first got married all of her kitchen décor were ducks [which I could later confirm in pictures!] So strange. The biggest shock was that prior to my reading and during my reading he kept getting an image of a ladder. He assumed ladder, firefighter, - I had NO clue what he was getting at.
