I offer private private restorative yoga classes tailored to your wellness goals.
The purpose of restorative yoga is to bring the physical body, mind, and spirit into a state of sustained relaxation and rest. This in turn allows the body and mind to fully rejuvenate and restore. This type of yoga uses floor poses supported by props such as blankets and bolsters so there is no muscular engagement. In these sessions, I offer Yoga Nidra- or yogic sleep, to guide you deeper into relaxation, stillness, and restoration.
Sessions are conducted in person at your home or my office. Sessions are available at 60 or 90 minutes.
