Chris is a wellness coach and teacher that draws from his varied training in many healing modalities, life experience, and professional experience to hold incredibly safe and sacred space for soulful healing and authentic learning to take place. From shamanic healing to yoga, to traditional mediumship, to Usui Reiki and transpersonal coaching, Chris has the wisdom and skills to help you get out of your head and live from your heart. Chris is a compassionate, animated, wise, innovative, hilarious, determined, and genuine leader. He is here to be of service.

In a session with Chris, you can expect to be held in incredibly supportive, compassionate, and safe space. Chris is honest to a fault. Chris works closely with his spirit team and yours. Chris will work with you where you are at in your journey. The sessions are always about you and your journey. He will empower you with strategies that promote growth, as well as stories that will instill curiosity and inspiration. He will share information with you in a supportive and encouraging way and ask questions to push you to be the best version of yourself. He will provide teachings, coaching, strategies, and answer any questions that you ask. He cannot do the work for you, as it is your journey and your work to do. Rest assured that you will get what you need from Chris.
